I'd say LIL-ah because of the two Ls. Lilla sounds totally silly to me. Like little kid talk.
Alianna is interesting. I like it less than Alana. More than Alina. Less than Alia. More than Ana. But it sure does have nickname options!
I find the combos to be a little lacking in lustre or interest.
