Help[Games] Mythology Congrats Round 1 [sing ups still welcome]
Sorry for such a long pause, I have been battling bronchitis and have only been checking in on my phone. I am finally at my computer so lets get started.
Zeus and Poseidon have been battling over who is the better fit brother to rule the sky. The battle between the two has cause monsterous effects on earth. The humans are franticly praying to any god they can for help. How does this battle affect your family? Do they have a particular side in the battle or do they remain neutral. Are you aiding a side, or accepting scarfices from humans for aid?

Artemis prefers to remain impartial for now, though she feels that she should want her father to win she is angry with him for kicking her off of Olympus just because she fell in love, seeing as he does that all the time. The war isn't affecting her family as much as it is the mortals but she does still worry and always offers Demeter the best of her crops.

Ares and Aphrodite are on the side of Zeus, though Ares would dearly love to see a good war! Aphrodite however is more peaceful and really doesn't see the point (unless of course men are fighting over her!). Many humans have been praying to Ares to favor them in battles but he only laughs at their misfortunes and continues to use their miserable lives as sport as he jests them against each other. As always, Dite just loves being loved!
Amongst it all, Ares & Dite welcomed a son whom has been heralded as the golden saviour of the gods, and has therefore been appropriately named Evangelos Sotiris (Evangelos = golden messanger, Sotiris = saviour). Ares finds it a rather hard pill to swallow that his son is apparently destined to bring peace and serenity to those around him, but hopes that as Evangelos is just a baby there is time to mold him in his fathers image. Dite doesn't much care what his destiny is thus far, she's just glad he's cute!

The seas have been rough and this has caused much danger for Paris, Helen, and their three children. It is no longer safe for them to be out on the open sea, so they have had to dock their boat and travel on land. They are still not out of the reach of Helen's exhusband's army so they must travel many miles everyday and hope that soon they will be safe.

Hades is disgusted with his brothers foolish fight. Obviously both of them are wrong to rule the sky, Hades is the best brother. Hades refuses to acknowledge the battling brothers as the battle has no affect on him accept for more souls to join his rule in the underworld.
Persephone however is quiet upset with the ongoing battle. Persephone is beside herself as is her mother Demeter. Persephone does not take sides because to do so would be foolish and her husband would grow angry. Persephone instead has been taking sacrifices and bestowing blessings unto the human population. Despite the disasterous outcome of the battling brothers Persphone has made the earth a bountiful place for the humans.
