[Opinions] Rosina
I recently found out that my great-grandmother Rose was actually named Rosina (although she always went by Rose). I like it, and I think it's very beautiful. What do you think of Rosina?

Rosina is a charming, off the beaten track kind of name. The connection to an opera character adds to its appeal for me. I picture naughty Marietta and Rosina getting together to sell flowers in the town square. (I have no idea if the characters did anything close to that. But that's the image in my head.)

I like it, but here in Norway we call Raisins 'Rosin' so that sort of makes it hard for me to use. Like Hester since 'Hest' is the Norwegian word for Horse :)

I think plain old Rose is prettier. Sorry.

Rosina is a gorgeous name. Very classic and elegant sounding. I like Rosine also.
