(Not going to lie, John is after John Barrowman.)

(Rose is after my mum.)

(Elin honours a Nellie. I may change it to Helena or Nell, but it remains as it is for now.)

I dislike Harper and Katia. Elin and Scott are OK: if I wanted to honour a Nellie, I'd go for Helen or Eloise.

I like Elin Grace Isobel. If Grace wasn't so fillery I'd probably put it in the "love" category.
Scott Nathaniel John is good. It isn't my style, but I think I like how the names fit together. The only awkward thing seems to be having two one-syllable names in it with a three-syllable one in the middle. I don't think I like that as much as maybe Scott Nathan John or Cory Nathaniel John (well not Cory, but something with two syllables).
