The photos are all from Jane Austen films. You're right RowenaRavenclaw, the middle two are of Elizabeth & Jane Bennet from Pride and Prejudice 1995, the miniseries that starred Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle.
The photo on the far left is actress Felicity Jones as Austen heroine Catherine Morland from the 2007 ITV/PBS adaptation of Northanger Abbey. And the photo on the far right is actress Olivia Williams as Jane Fairfax from the 1996 ITV/PBS adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma, starring Kate Beckinsale. I used all of these in a blog post back in February and really liked how this banner turned out so decided to use it as a sig on BtN.
