The next year, Louise finally allowed her defenses to come down. She still feels insecure from time to time, darkly believing that George will one day come to her with a bill of divorce, but something within her simply stated that she doesn't even care any more. Louise had had enough of holding her feelings within, and she has decided that as long as she still feels affection towards George, she will show it. Surprisingly, George seemed to reciprocate, and Louise is starting to let herself think that maybe - just maybe - they can love each other after all.

George insists that their daughter's name should honour Louise, but Louise doesn't want it to be too obvious. The child's FN will be a variation of Louise or Catherine, her first MN will be three syllables or longer, and her second MN is up to you.

One year later, Kylie and Conan are still together. Still not married (marriage is not something Kylie is up to), but they've recently acquired more than just the portmanteau couple name Kynan - they've gotten themselves a son! Kris, who has gotten rather fond of Conan, is excited to have a baby brother, and wants to help name the child. While Conan isn't really sure of the idea, Kylie dotes on her son and is willing to let him name his brother.

Kylie and Conan's son has a FN that starts with a K sound. He has a rather funky word MN chosen by Kris (think Arcade, Petrol - some sort of "not-really-a-name" word).

Three years later, Ale and Gemma have settled down nicely in a small house they rent together. Ale has finally found a better job that suits him more, as the assistant to a history professor, and his job pays enough to support the family. Gemma still works in the cafe for additional money, just to make sure they've enough to pay for Enzo and Dante's schooling. But a lovely surprise is yet to come: Gemma found herself expecting again!

An unforeseen path of events led to Fi and Grace's divorce. Apparently, during their time together, Fi had been cheating with another woman. One day, during a fight, Fi let slip that she'd rather be with her girlfriend, and all hell was let loose. In a short time, Grace filed for divorce. The court ruled custody of their four daughters to Fi, embittering Grace even more. She now refuses to see her ex-wife at all, even if it means she could only see Rita, Naima, Alice, and Celeste by sneaking to their school at lunchtime.
