Maisie is just adorable, but a little too much so to be a full name. I'd use it as a cutesy nn for Mae, another name I love. Macy sounds rather dated to be, and I don't like how it rhymes with Stacey and Tracey, two names I really dislike. Macy is, however, a perfectly acceptable full name.
