I think it is adorable. Short, sweet & old fashioned. I have liked it since I was little. My grandparents lived on Dora St.
It will probably bring to mind Dora the Explorer for the general public. I don't think it is a big deal though. I doubt anyone will think you named you rdaughter after her.
I like short names with longer middle names.
