Sydney and Kyle have been married for 11 years. They both work at the same newspaper, Sydney as an editor and Kyle as a photographer. Ellie and Isabella are now 16 and just got their driver's licenses (but, alas, neither has a car of their own). Both have boyfriends: Ellie has been seeing Chase Alexander (17) for a few months, and Isabella only recently started going out with Joel Daniel (16).

Ella and J.T. have been married for a little over eight years but separated three years ago. Thankfully, they recently reconciled and are back together. They have three boys together: Liam (8), Noah (7), and Jack (5). While they were apart, Ella had a daughter with a man named Samuel John (25), a situation I was none too happy about. The father is no longer in little Emily's life, but J.T. loves her and treats her as if she were his own.

Leyton and Amy have been married for five years and just announced that they will be a family of three in just six months. They are expecting a little girl and plan to name her Faith Charlotte, after Amy's late sister. Also, due to Leyton's job at the CIA, they have had to move to New York City. They are settling in all right, but they miss Boston.

Aidan is finally making good progress in kicking his destructive habit. He has been to rehab regularly and in a few days will have been clean for three weeks. A lot of his improvement is thanks to his girlfriend, Mercedes Elena, who has been with him through thick and thin.
