Rose-Ana and Rose-UH-lind

If you drop the "D" on the second one it flows really nicely into "Rose-UH-Linn" Or "Ros-UH-Linn", both are really nice.

Well, I'm an English speaker. I looked at Rosana and figured it might be pronounced ro-sah-nuh (long "o" like "hope", soft "s", "a" as in "raw"), but I see it's a variant of Roxana, so I guess the "o" should also sound like "raw".

Rosalind is one I like very much already. I say RAWZ-uh-lind ("i" as in "win").

Ooh, I've long been fond of Rosalind. It has an excellent mix of brassiness and fairy-like delicacy. I saw the combo of Rosalind Kate somewhere and always admired it - classic yet fresh.

Rosana I'm not as into. I think Rose Anna would be more interesting visually, and more whimsical. Its's quainter. Very pretty though. I really itch to pair it with something sultry, like Rosana Salome , Rosana Delilah, or Rosana Veronique.

On the other hand, Rosalind is music to my ears. I love the meaning of it (as do I any horse-related name). I pronounce it Roz-e-lind. I think I leave off the final "d" sound pretty much though.

Rosana - I would assume it was pronounced "ro-ZAHN-ə"; "ro-ZAN-ə" is possible too. I prefer Rosanna because I think it looks better. Either way it is a pretty name.

Rosalind. - I pronounce it RAHZ-ə-lind (keep in mind "ah", "aw", and the short "o" sound are the same in my accent). I think Rosalind is lovely, but I personally wouldn't use it because of the varying pronunciations.

I like both.
Rosana: ro-ZANN-uh, ro-ZAH-nuh, or ro-SAH-nuh. My least favorite of those is ro-ZANN-uh, but it's probably the most common.
Rosalind: RAWZ-uh-lihnd / RAHZ-ih-lihnd. My accent is one of those where "ah" and "aw" are basically the same, and I'm not quite sure which one best describes the say I say Rosalind. At any rate, I usually say it with a short "o" sound.
