I like it, althogh spelled Bryony.
I would rule out Brinley, Brenna, Breann right away - they are too similar. Anything that starts in a 'B' or ends in 'ee' is too matchy, imo.

Louisa & Briony
Alice & Briony
Adele & Briony
Olive & Briony
Georgia & Briony
Imogen & Briony
Carys & Briony
Lucia & Briony
Isobel & Briony
Amabel & Briony
