I'm more of a fan of elegant Martine. Martina seems a bit of a blabber-mouth, as if she couldn't keep a secret. Martine, on the other hand, is the soul of discretion.
I don't know where these images comes from. But it's what I always think of.
That said, if I met a little Martina I'd smile for a week. It's just the sort of forgotten classic that I'd love to see revived.
