Minnie is nearly ready to hand the throne over to Chloe and Jon, she has taught them all that she can and wants to retire to spend more time with Silas.
Chloe has matured over the last two years as well as given birth to their second child, who was named after Chloe's Father. Jon is the most open around Jane and Emery, with Chloe coming in a close second, he has been reading over some old bills that he thinks could do with a rewrite.
Helene and Augusta have adopted a baby boy from a nearby orphanage, who they named Orestes Sarpedon. Helene's horse breeding business has been slowly building her a reputation among equestrians.
Argus, in one of his more brash moods, proposed to the girl who had spurned his advances. Lady Hemera refused so Argus went to her Father, who was all too happy to have his 'plain' daughter marry the Prince. Lady Hemera barely speaks to her fiance but will marry him to appease her Father. Argus was thrilled at first but is starting to regret forcing Hemera to marry him.
Nyx and Patroklus disapprove of their elder brother's actions and Nyx has been trying to encourage Lady Hemera to come out of her shell a bit but she mostly ignores her soon-to-be-in-laws. The siblings are worried about their sixteenth year since that is when all of their elder siblings got engaged. They don't feel that they are ready for that and prefer to just hang out with Callista and Remus.
Ismene skipped some of her training sessions a while back which was the last straw for Silas, who told his daughter that she had better smarten up or he was going to send her to live with Helene and Augusta. With the threat of being sent away from her friends looming over her Ismene has approached her sessions with newfound vigour, realizing that she's quite good at, and enjoys, animal magic.
