Philomena! I've loved her for a long time, but she always sneaks by somehow. My favorite combo with it is Philomena Alison. I don't know why it is perfect, but it is. Just popped into my head one day out of the blue.

Errol Franklin... swoon.

Hmm Philomena Alison. You know, that works really well. Maybe Philomena needs a less ebullient middle name, something to temper her frill. But not something humdrum or too classic. Alison fits that need nicely!
