I would prefer a full name for it and the one I think would be best is Elizabeth. I suppose it could be a nickname for Lilibeth. I have a distant cousin with a daughter named Lizabeth (yes just Lizabeth, no E) and her nickname is Libby. I'm not sure her middle name but I want to say Rose. She has to be around 5 years old.
