I think, when one has multiples, names shouldn't be too similar. For instance Ava and Amelie is fine, Hannah and Anna is precariously close to a caricature.

Miley, Rylie and Kylie
Skyler and Skylur
Marvin and Darvin
Are absolutely cringeworth and how does anyone take this seriously?
