I would name them whatever I'd use for a sibset.

Bertie and Maisie- Albert and Margaret with these nns
Tom and Emily- Thomas and Emily
Teddy and Darcy- Theodor and Darcy- but they don't make the best sibset imo
Tom and Annie- Thomas and Anne
Joshua and Georgia- good
Lewis and Lois- Too close. It's like they have the same name
