I prefer Megan. It just looks better because the H looks awkward (and the "gh" combination) and is unnecessary.

I find the name Meghan really boring. It is so overused. Meghan Lily could be cute I guess.

What is that H doing in there? Megan is a perfectly respectable name, flawed but not ruined by its recent popularity explosion - unless it's pronounced MEE-gan, which is dreadful. Stick in an H at random, and it just looks messy.
