I like the name Rosalie! I wouldn't worry about the Twilight association because in about five years, this Twilight craze will end and there will be another popular franchise that doesn't include the name Rosalie.
Regarding your fear of seeming arrogant, I don't think it is. Rose and Rosalie, while similar, are still distinctive from each other, but I like the idea of tying a family together using names (i.e. see Will Smith and his family).
I know for myself I like the idea of a name that starts with "T" and is three syllables b/c my name starts with a "T" and has three syllables. I think it is cute.
