I've known a Suzanne Renee and a Jeanne Renee, neither of them French. I find Jeanne almost aggressively French, but Suzanne is thoroughly Anglo by now. That might help to focus your thoughts: Laura, Lauren or Laurence? Depends on the effect you prefer. I'm not sure really what you're looking for!
