I like all of them, and I'd pronounce them all differently. I've never come across Sidony irl, but I know a 13-yr-old Sidonie, and I don't think it's that obscure in the UK - lots of people have read Colette, which is where I first came across it.
Sidney is adorable and totally usable, and I've only ever seen that spelling on boys here. (There were 183 boys called Sidney born here in 2009)
