Lie-la. I'm from Australia.
Leila = Lee-la
Layla = Lay-la (sorry, can't explain it any better)
Laila = Lie-la - this is my Aunt's name and it's prn. same as Lila. I believe is the Scandinavian spelling (my grandma is Danish)
