[Opinions] Re: Millicent

I think it's middle name material. Something about Millicent is a little too antique for it to seem renewed to me. I like it - I think it's sort of a power name, actually. It's similar to Mildred in my mind, because it's an antique name that people seem to think is ugly. I don't think they are ugly, but I can certainly see why others might. Their sounds are very bright and steely, and I think they lack the puppy-energy and glamminess that are more fashionable at the moment.
I'm not a "Milly / Millie" fan, though. I'd rather it were Melicent, or better, Melisend. Melicent is on my PNL because it's in the database, and I want to like some form of the name just because it's really neat. I like the Mel part better than Mil and I think the last syllable should be quiet and soft at the end, like sun(d) not sharp like ssintt.
