Help[Games] Maya and Tali

Although the enormity of the situation alarms Maya her training takes over once more. She, carrying Tali on her hip, leads the mission into the forest. Quan holds up the back. Eventually they find a river, some caves, and banana trees.
Sitting on some soft grass, to take a break, the two children run around a bit.
"Ima!" The little girl calls "I see a bird! A big one!" The excitement in her voice is evident.
Silently, Maya gets up and goes over to her daughter. In the brush she sees a wild turkey!
In a whisper, Maya asks her daughter to go back to the group.
When the child is far enough away, she grabs a stick and kills the turkey with it.
So there were wild turkeys on the island? That meant they would now have them to eat along with the bananas and coconuts.
Maya brings the turkey back to the scouting group.
