I've never been a fan of Dustin, and Dustine is just awful IMO.

reminds me of dusting. I've seen Destine and Despine, which are similar, but sound less like cleaning products to me...

Ehhh.
It seems like you want to use the nickname Dusty and are just trying to come with a full name for it. It is ok but not great either.

Like Dustin, it seems very 80's to me. I prefer Justine. It sounds prettier, and it's more timeless.
