Pandora & Persephone, Persephone & Priscilla, and Aurora & Atlas work well as twin names. I really like Pandora, Persephone, and Aurora.
Atlas & Albus are too similar sounding, and Atlas & Achilles are a bit too matching. They're not as extreme as Romulus & Remus, but I think they're a bit much together.

So...what are your favorite names? I would use my two favorite names for twins and not try so hard to find "twin names". Twins are individuals and don't need matching names.
From your list I think Aurora and Atlas is the best set.

I like Pandora and Persephone. They aren't too similar but have a definite theme.
I find Priscilla really dated and unattractive and I think all the A names are too similar to go together, especially Atlas and Albus.

I LOVE Aurora and Atlas. Pandora and Persephone are also lovely, and I love Atlas and Achilles as well.

I love Aurora and Atlas together, even though for me Atlas is gp. I cant imagine it on an actual person. Persephone is great and so is Pandora, but I just don't like them together.

To be honest, I'm not really fond of any of these pairs.
Pandora and Persephone
I think the Greek Mythology theme is too strong, and I don't particularly like either name. Pandora doesn't have the nicest mythological connotation and I don't like Persephone at all.
Persephone and Priscilla
When paired together, Persephone and Priscilla sound like the names of the wicked stepsisters in a fairy tale. Far too frilly, and I don't like that they share the same initial sounds.
Aurora and Atlas
Doesn't seem right to me. I don't like Aurora very much, either.
Atlas and Albus
Neither of these names are bad, but they look and sound too much alike to be used for twins (or even a sibset). Atlas is intriguing; it looks and sounds nice, but I think mythology and geography before I think of it as a modern name. I do think Albus is a nice name, but it makes me think of Dumbledore. May I suggest Alban as an alternative?

I love Albus. I know that I got it from Harry Potter, but I wonder how many years will it take for that association to die off? It isn't like Gandalf (sp?).

The direct association will probably die off in ten years or so, maybe less. New generations will always be reading Harry Potter, but it won't be the frenzy that it is today. Right now, if you named your baby Albus, almost everyone would make a Dumbledore comment. In ten years, not so much.
I'd say Albus and Gandalf are a little different. Albus is an ancient Roman name, while Gandalf is named after a dwarf in Norse mythology. I would be much ore surprised if I met a person named Gandalf! On the other hand, I think Albus is old-fashioned but rather "normal" sounding as far as names go.

While I love a lot of these names individually, I dislike matchy sibling names, especially on twins. It's too cutesy for me.
Persephone and Aurora, now they would make a fantastic sibling / twin set.
