My bf told me he really likes this name. I hated it at first, but now I think it has middle name possibility. Wdyt of Kirk?

The Gilmore Girls association will never leave me. Plus Captian Kirk. I'm going to say no for a first name, but you can get away with anything in the middle name spot.

I agree with you. It has middle name potential. I quite like Kirk myself but only as a middle name. Too much Captain Kirk association for me to think it would make a good first name (I don't mind the Captain Kirk association but I don't like the name Kirk because of the character, I like it because of the look and sound). My favorite Kirk combo is Jesse Kirk.

It feels offbeat & quirky. It makes me think of Kirk on Gilmore Girls and he is very offbeat.
