What are your thoughts on Ruby? Is it to old/dated? Combos?

I love it, but it is like #2 in Australia right now! Definitely not dated!

I don't think it's old - the only Rubys I know are both about 9 or 10. Unfortunately I think it sounds a bit common and tacky. I think it sounds like someone trying to be classy but it works out the opposite.

Ruby is cute! I like it and I think it ages decently well. I can't really imagine it on a 30 year old woman, but I can easily picture it on a baby, child, teenager, and elderly woman.

I loooooove Ruby! I've decided that if I were to ever honor my parents and I had a baby girl, her name would be Ruby Victoria. I love the combo, even if it weren't tied to my parents. Another combo I'm extremely fond of is Ruby Arabella, it just flows so nicely

I like it. I think it's on the rise in the U.S., and although I'm not positive, I believe it's quite popular in Britain.
