In the Kingdom of: Cotswold
A short 11 months after the wedding, Simon Ezra Vincent Basil was born. The Queen had a very easy pregnancy and the the delivery went very well and fast. The kingdom was thrilled at the arrival of the chubby prince. He is doing wonderful just like the Queen - physically at least. Queen Cecilia has been feeling the stress of being a new Queen and a new mother. At the young age of 17, she's handeling it fairly well. She's just asked if she can take it notch down for awhile, and spend a little more time with her new son. The King most definitely understands her request, and is happy to do anything he can to help her, but the royal advisers aren't so thrilled. They believe, with a war raging on, there is no time to rest, and if the Queen cannot adjust to her royal duties now, then it'll just be harder later.
Cotswold is still at war and is losing hope. They were so close to victory, when the enemy revealed a new ally with a very powerful kingdom. They now are getty more armies and lots of help from this mysterious nation. Cotswold is getty farther and farther from victory and the people's hope is draining even faster.
