Ashley I know is nn
Ash.
In school (the 90s), it was one of the few names you could see multiple names on almost every yearbook page.
Sarah,
Elizabeth, and
Kristina (and their various spellings) were other top contenders. Point is, I don't know how many I've come across in my life, but nowadays, that I'm not in school I hear it a lot less. It's almost rare, but it still pops up randomly.
