Nice to see Wilda, though I know most aren't fans. How do you pronounce Loke? I've read 'loo-keh' but not sure if it should be 'low-keh'.

'loo-keh' is right. A single letter generally can't be a diphthong in Swedish, unless you're from the very south, or it's in an English loan, like James.

Lykke is LYCK-e - the Y sound doesn't really exist in English, but it's like the vowel in French "rue" or a German ü.
Källa is quite new on the whole, there are just 33 in Sweden, and only one of them is older than 16 (she's an actress, and has a brother called Nanok, btw).

I don't know much French or German -- is it like the Finnish Y? If so, I think I know how it sounds!

I think Ebbot is inspired by singer Torbjörn "Ebbot" Lundberg. A common nickname for Torbjörn is Tobbe, and Tobbe backwards is Ebbot.Viking isn't very common right now, but in the whole population it was the 313th male name a few years ago, so not that uncommon. Wiking is a much rarer spelling though.
