Ric & Ellie learnt the hard way after Calla's birth that it's just easier sometimes to give the paparazzi what they want. They were hounded relentlessly after Calla as the paparazzi went a bit mad trying to find whatever tidbits they could, so when Ellie found out that she was expecting again, they were quite puplic with answering questions about it (they figured just telling them what they wanted to know on their terms was better than having paps go through their garbage again!).
Ric's career is going from strength to strength at the moment, and he's just been given a lead role in a summer blockbuster movie! Ellie's happy to put her modelling career on hold for the moment, her kids are her priority, but she's definitely still out there walking catwalks when she can.
Ric & Ellie were so excited when they found out their second child was a little boy and quickly set to choosing a name. Ric eventually suggested Dustin, after Dustin Hoffman. It was Dustin Hoffman's performance in the movie 'Rainman' that had Ric decide he wanted to be an actor one day, and so little Dusty was named for the man who inspired Ric's career. His middle name, Robert, is after Ellie's father.
