I live in Massachusetts, and bree-AH-na is the standard pronunciation for Brianna/Briana/Bryanna/Breiyaannah etc.
I really love Briana pronounced /BREE uh na/ (how I've heard it pronounced in reference to the Faerie Queene), but I'm sure nobody would ever pronounce it that way.

Hmm, I like that pronunciation too.

I like BREE-ah-na, too. As long as it's AH-na and not ANN-na.
