I'm looking forward to seeing the names you love. As far as when we should start expanding the family, I don't feel we need to wait. There's already a 5 year difference between Sebastian and Frederick and a new baby. We might as well go for it. Thoughts?

Hi Humblebee! :-) Your username is super cute by the way. :D It seems I'm the husband! :DI think we have a lot of similar taste here, so this should be great! I do think we should just go for a new baby ASAP – a five year difference between the boy twins and our new baby is perfect. Our family so far:
LN: Russell
H: Felix Benjamin Russell
W: Alma Celeste Russell
-S [11] Alasdair Lachlan Gillmore
-D [10] Josephine Leonor Russell
-D/D [9] Calista Ivy Gillmore / Lydia Beatrix Gillmore
-S [8] Theodore Gideon Russell
-S [6] Desmond Flynn Gillmore
-S/S [5] Sebastian Blaise Russell / Frederick Adrien RussellOf your lists I like: (Starring the ones I LOVE) I also italicised the ones we can't use because they've already been used in the family.

Oooh, I like every name on your short lists. I'd be quietly thrilled to have a dd named Antonia Felicity followed by, maybe, Margaret. I think my favorite from your boy short list is Quentin, but I love them all. For middle names, would you like something strong, sturdy, and classic such as Quentin William, or do you prefer something bold and more unusual like Quentin Leopold? I'm just using these combos for style examples, btw. Since Josephine's mn is Leonor, Leopold probably wouldn't work for us. I do love the name, though.

I love Antonia Felicity! I especially like the nn Nina for it, what do you think?I think Quentin works wonderfully too, and I like the idea of being a bit bold with middle names. I think maybe Quentin Malachi or Quentin Elias or something? I like the idea of using a biblical name here. :) any combo ideas?

I almost suggested Quentin Malachi! I love it. I think it could be a winner, but I'll suggest a few combos anyway to see if there are any that really grab you:Quentin Bartholomew
Quentin Abram or Abraham
Quentin Isaac
Quentin Jeremiah
Quentin Matthias
Quentin Phineas
Quentin TobiasI also really love Quentin Josiah. We can't use Josiah as a fn since we have a Josephine. I'm not sure if it's just as unusable as a mn. Oh, and I love Nina as a nickname for Antonia. Antonia "Nina" Russell sounds quite glamourous.

Ohhh, oops I forgot about Josephine. Dang. I think it's possibly unusable as a MN, but if we find a combo where it just WORKS, I'm cool with it.I love Quentin Malachi and the fact we both do makes it a winner to be! Quentin Tobias is also great, but I think Quentin Malachi is IT. I would really like to use Phineas for a second son of ours, if that's okay? I really love it and it's quirky and cool like Quentin.I'm glad you like Antonia "Nina". I think it's so much classier and glamourous than Toni or Ants.. :P

Phineas is fine with me, and I think that puts us in a pretty good place to begin. We'll have another baby ASAP.
1st girl: Antonia Felicity "Nina"
1st boy: Quentin Malachi
2nd girl and boy: Phineas and Margaret--if you approveOh, about the ln. NoC said in the OP that hyphenating the ln for future children is an option, but I'd rather use Russell for the kids than Gilmore-Russell. It feels a little...not right to use "my" late husband's ln for children that aren't his. I would like, though, for Alma to use Gilmore-Russell for herself so she has a tie to her older children's ln. WDYT?If you agree, we're probably finished unless you want to hammer out the middles for Phineas and Margaret right now or come up with our third child picks.

I love Phineas and Margaret - hells yea!I agree that Gillmore-Russell is a bit strange for the new kids, and I'd prefer for them to just use Russell. I like the idea of Alma being Gillmore-Russell, though, to keep the tie with her kids, step-kids and new kids. :P Middle names for Phineas and Margaret can probably wait, we don't want to do all the fun stuff now! :)
