I like Zoe. I think it is mainly due to good connections. I have a baby cousin caleld Zoe (Zoe Lynn, actually) and there's the actress Zooey Deschanel. I like Zoë spelt best that way, though Zoe without the trema(?) is nice, too.
If I had to pick an alternate spelling I'd have to go with Zoey. Zoie/Zoee have too many vowels in a row and Zooey makes me want to say "ZOO-ee."
From your list I like Zoe the best. Chloe, Phoebe and Daphne annoy me. I just don't think they're very pretty names. Sorry.
