I love it! I think it has a "ancient"-ish vibe, but it was never really all that popular so it's sort of contemporary-ancient, if that makes any sense at all. Anyway it's simple, pretty, and feminine but definitely not girly. All great things in my book :)

I say THEE-uh, but I suppose any of those pronunciations would make sense.
I definitely prefer the "th" pronunciations to the "t". But I like both THEE-uh and THAY-uh. THEE-uh is probably more intuitive because of Theo, Theodore, Theodora, etc...
