[Opinions] Re: Lucy?

I love Lucy, and I don't think it's childish at all. I picture a Lucy as being intelligent with a quirky sense of humor and the ability to think on her feet, so only positive words come to my mind when I hear it.
As for whether or not I'd use Lucy, it migrates in and out of my top ten. The family across the street has a dog with the name that's always running loose around the neighborhood, and the thought of standing on the porch calling for my daughter Lucy to come in at the same time they're calling for their dog doesn't thrill me. Still, I love Lucy too much to completely give it up.
My favorite Lucy combo is Lucy Isabelle, with the sometimes nickname Libby.
