All of them would work. I like Anneliese best though.
I think Annie is pretty much a nickname, or at least doesn't need one since it's very short and significant all by itself!
You could use Annie as a nn for any of them, though if you can use Annie to stem the tide of Diana -> Di, then you're good! There's also Antonia I suppose, or even Angela.
The only ones I like at all are Diana and Marianne. Anneliese and Anneke, with all their spelling variations, are just too common to be interesting.

All of your names are terrific, but Anneke is my favorite. Despite that "k" in there I get the softest feeling from the name Anneke. I just adore it.
