I love the name Ginger! It was the name of my late dog who passed away a couple months ago. She was a gorgeous dog, part Samoyed and part German shepherd. She had beautiful ginger-coloured fur, hence her name. That being said, I love the name Ginger for a human being too, but of course, I could never use it because well, I think of my beloved dog. :( We used to call her Ginny or Ginnie the Pooh.
