Help[Games] note to my congrats players:
I know I said I'd post my congrats round 3 today, but I don't have time to fill in everything/come up with ages/and make a namebank before I leave on vacation, so I WILL post it on Sunday afternoon/night. You are not all being neglected! :)

Assuming you are new to the boards, first, I welcome you :)
I have a game called congrats that we all play. Only some people sign up, it's completely optional, and in this case you don't have to do anything, as you aren't signed up, but you may if you wish. Sorry that you were confused!
