I love Lilibeth! You could call her Beth, but if she decides she doesn't like Beth she could go by Lili.

Not if she was usually addressed as Beth... and Lilibeth only came out when people who knew her well as Beth had that well established... and if you informed people at the start that her nn was BETH - NOT Lily.
