It's pretty, but I think it would be confused with Vienna, Vivienne, or Viviana. It's close enough to familiar names that it would probably throw a lot of people off.
Initially, I'd pronounce it vih-VENN-a.
As far as combos go, I like Vivenna Simone, Vivenna Laurel, Vivenna Laure, and Vivenna Delphine.
I've never met a Vivenna.
