It wasn't very long after Henry's second birthday that ridget found out she was pregnant again. Everyone hoped that this baby would be another girl, especially Rosie. She had girl cousins (Fiona adn Robbie had added a Deirdre Maeve to her family the year before, and Liam and Susan had the twins Mary Grace and Margaret Jane, or Molly and Maggie exactly one year after their wedding) and she loved her brothers, but she wanted a sister. Bridget was extremely happy to be pregnant again, as after years and years of having a full house, the place felt empty. Maureen, after a year of incredibly hard work, had been allowed to skip a grade and graduated high school with the other girls her age. She had gone to spend the summer with her parents before she went back to college in New York City in the fall(she wants to be a doctor, and everyone is vastly proud of her.) Fiona and Robbie's small town had added a high school, which meant Patrick hadn't come to live with his sister and brother-in-law. With Fionn joining Rosie at school that fall, she and Sean both began to miss having two children at home. So both were excited when Bridget found she was pregnant, and the entire family was thrilled when the baby was born a girl. They named her Anna, Sean's mother's name, and gave her the middle name Bridget. The birth was fairly easy and the mother and baby were both happy and glowing. Bridget adn Sean talked afterward, and though both are still quite young, they have decided that four children is how many they want and they will take steps to avoid another. Though this goes against the position of their Catholic church, they both have been influenced by modern ideas of family planning and agree that four children is enough.
