I adore Scarlet (one t). Scarlett looks a bit like a stutter to me, even though I know that's the way it's spelled in GWTW.
While I like the way Scarlet Olivia sounds together, I feel like Olivia is too popular and it ends up sounding like a placeholder.
What about... Scarlet Ophelia? It has the same feeling (and the constant-vowel prettiness) but is a little more unusual. :)
