but I can see it working on a girl as well, especially as a nickname for Lucia or Luciana or something similar.
I remember when the Susannah Vega song came out there was a big debate about whether it was a girl or boy's name, so I think it could work for either.
and even though I usually dislike unisex names, this one doesn't bother me, but I'd never use it for a girl personally.
