I love Alice. I don't really see the "lice" problem because it's not pronounced like "lice" (al-ISS not al-ICE)

Katherine would go very well with Alice - one of my favourite Alice combos is Alice Katherine or Katherine Alice. I think most of those names would go with Alice as a sister, apart from Leah and Georgia, as these two have a more modern feel, whereas Alice is very classic sounding.

From your list my favourites are:
Alice Morgana - Morgana is lovely and old fashioned but not hard to spell or anything. I like it so much more than Morgan as it's more obviously feminine.
Alice Evelina - I love Eve too but Alice Eve is a bit too short.
Alice Fiona
Alice Moriah - I don't love Moriah, but this flows really well!
Alice Ginevra - has a lovely literary sound to me
I also like Alice Esmee, but feel it's unusuable because Alice and Esme are both Twilight characters.

Alice Nadezhda - Nadezhda sounds unattractive to me. It's also hard to spell and pronounce. Also I don't think it really goes with Alice as the two names are too different

I believe Alice & Adele are from the same root, but i love both and Joe public would never know!

I also love Alice but like you, I see 'a lice.' Still, I think it's soft and and sweet and I even like the nn, Alsie. I've thought Adele and Alice would make great names for twins because they have the same origin yet it's very subtle. Not many would make the connection. Anything sweetly old fashioned would work nicely paired with Alice. I think any of your list would do. I especially like Adele, Georgia and Susannah.

Alice Jasmine - I think the combo is very sweet and feminine and that's what I like about it.
Alice Moriah - Love the name Moriah for a mn, so this combo is gorgeous imo.
Alice Esmeralda - The flow is not quite perfect imo, but both names are lovely!
Alice Maya - Has a good flow, spunky without being trendy.
Alice Daphne - Again, like Alice Jasmine this combo is sweet and feminine.

Alice Olwen - Just not a fan of Olwen at all, sorry. I think it's a bit of an ugly name tbh.
Alice Nadezhda - Just doesn't work, as the mn sounds a little too ott and exotic for the simple classic Alice.
Alice Jamesina - Jamesina is a little too surname-y sounding for me.
Alice Nimue - Don't like the sound or look of Nimue at all.
Alice Leontine - Not a pretty mn imo, just sounds a little blunt.

Alice doesn't really excite me, but it's not bad either and if it's honouring a fam member, then that would be a point in its favour to tip it over to the good side of the scale. (as opposed to neutral)

I wouldn't use Alice and Adele on sisters, as they're both forms of Adelaide. The other names are nice with Alice, but my favorite is easily Claire. Claire and Alice are absolutely GORGEOUS together. I also really like Nora (though I prefer it as a nickname), Katharine and Susannah with Alice (and Leah separately, but Alice and Leah is a bit of a tongue twister).

Alice Nimue -This is just really cool. Nimue is probably not usable in real life, but I like it a lot and Alice sounds great with it.
Alice Olivia -Very girly, but in a sophisticated way instead of a cutesy way.
Alice Jasmine -I love Jasmine, but it's kind of downmarket as a first name. In the middle it works great.
Alice Hope -Simple, classy, and beautiful.
Alice Leontine -I normally don't really care for Leontine, but this is an awesome combo.

Alice Olwen -The Al- Ol- repetition sounds awful to me, and Olwen is irredeemably masculine-seeming IMO.
Alice Electra -Electra has such awful associations, and the Al- El- has the same problem as Alice Olwen.

I used to love it. It was one of my favorites. It reminded me of Alice in Wonderland. Of a sweet little girl and it had all those light pink, yellow, light green and white colors attached to it.

At the moment I really dislike it. It makes me think of Alice Cooper and Alice in Chains. Nowadays it has a red color mixed with black that is threatening and unattractive (I hope I make sense here, I just see colors when I hear names and they greatly influence the opinion I have on it).

I don't like that it has the "lice" in it either but that's not the worst thing about the name, in my opinion. Also Alice doesn't sound like "lice" at all, it just looks like it.

It's also getting pretty common I think. At least I hear it a lot lately. That wouldn't bother me very much if I still liked it, though.

Alice Odette - I don't like Odette much on its own, but the combo is charming. Makes me think of ballerinas and ice skating. Also Odette manages to soften the name and makes the Alice Cooper image go away somewhat.
Alice Hope - I love Hope and it's just such a great sentiment.
Alice Cosette - very soft and ladylike
Alice Jasmine - makes me think of a lovely flower garden
Alice Elaine - because I have a soft spot for Elaine, it should make a comeback
