I think Coralie is over-the-top. Cora is lovely though, and I lurve Downton. :)

I tend to think of it more as a grown woman name than a little girl name, so yes definitely... and it could work on a little girl as well.
I don't totally love it, but I find it likable.

I think Cora is lovely and I think it would age fairly well. It's not very nicknamey and isn't dated.

I don't know how it's pronounced on Downton Abbey.
My instinct is Coral-ee, in which case I love it. though its similarity to "orally" makes me wary, just as the similarity of Coral (which I also like) to "oral" does!
If pron. Cora-lee, then I think it sounds tacky, and much prefer Cora, which is infinitely classier.

All in all, I think I'd choose Cora.

I like them both. I have a little two-year-old Cora in my class at the day care I work at, and she is very smart and a bit of a rebel, so that is the image I currently associate with the name. I do think it works well for all ages.

I do like Coralie with the nn Cora, but I prefer just Cora. It definitely works for an adult as well as a girl. It's a pretty name, feminine, I like it.

Cora, yes. Coralie, no.

I love Cora and think it works wonderfully on a baby/girl/woman of any age. It's "short and sweet," but a strong name as well.

I go back and forth on Coralie. I'm not liking it too well at present.

I adore Cora. Since my name is Norah and my mom is Laura, I always joked that I'd name a daughter Cora. Coralie is pretty, but I prefer Cora as a nn for Cordelia.

I think Cora most definitely works on all ages. It's one of those names that's cozy and familiar but still classy and unusual enough to get attention. I'm not a big fan of Coralie, but it's fair enough. I personally love Cornelia nn Cora.

I like Cora.

I like both names (and also Coraline). I prefer Cora to Coralie "Cora". I also think Cora fits all ages better than Coralie (-ie endings make me think "little girl").
