Is Ajša pronounced as EYE-shah or AY-shah (like the letter A)? Or something else all together, that's possible too. :PI love Aleksandra, Alisa, Anastasia, Anastazija, Anja, Antonia, and Ava (I love the Croatian pronunciation but am kind of meh on the English pronunciation).

All As (including the one in Ajša) are pronounced AH, so it's AHY-shah.

I guess Ajša = Aisha? I like that spelling.
Interesting to see Ava and Astrid.
What's Aljenka from?
And whoa, lots of Barbaras and Andreas.

Yes, Ajša is a phonetic spelling of Aisha, influenced by the Turkish Ayşe. Aljenka is from Alenka. Barbara is moderately popular here and while Andrea is more 1980s/90s name, it's still used.
