Archenwither had officially entered into a civil war in the last year. Tristan claims he has the right to the royal throne, and has found allies. Now it is an all out War. Trizolia has remained neutral. Originally, King James had Douis, a small neighboring allie, Hançon, a French country that used to own Douis until it was seperated, and Wurit, where Queen Alda is from, on his side, along with a majority of Archenwither. Prince Tristan, however, had Gaspugña, a Spanish country constantly at war with Wurit, Dampos, a powerful Greek mountainous country
that seperated Hançon and Douis (they have a terrifying military), The Great Republic of Charnoff, the largest country on their continent, and it's two countries it controls almost entirely, Tara and Yutvi.
Tristan has captured many Northern and Western areas of Archenwither and killed their cousin, Alphonse, and their cousin Reine's husband, Wallis, for helping him. For that, King James has kidnapped Tristan's daughter, Catherine (5), and son, John (almost 1). His wife, Annette, has run away with Edward (7), Preston (4), and Sarah (3). There are rumors she is pregnant and hiding with Alda's sister, Heidi.
Tristan only has his eldest son, Tristan II (8).
Everyone in the kingdom has taken sides, leading to bloody battles. King James has chosen to take his family into hiding. While spending time in Trizolia (declared their ally after Alphonse was killed), Queen Alda had their second son, Charles. His middle names are from King John Gautier Aldric and King James Absolon Donatien. The family is glad to have this happy occasion to break up the unrest of the kingdom. Only a few days later, Mary III had her first child, a daughter, named Mary IV. This helped King James to get more confidence, and has decided to return to Archenwither. Alda, Mary III, Olivier (M's H), and the children are staying behind.
The entire continent is intrested to see who becomes King of Archenwither (assuming they don't destroy it in the process).
