I love the name Darcy, but only on a boy. I immediately think of D'Arcy McGee (Canadian Father of Confederation), Darcy Tucker (famous NHL player), Darcy Hordichuk (not-as-famous NHL player), and of course, Mr. Darcy. Granted, there was also Georgiana Darcy, but the name Darcy doesn't immediately bring her to mind.

Darcy sounds dark and handsome on a boy and ditzy and trashy on a girl. Still, it's better than Nevaeh or Rylee.
